With a rare mix of having walked the talk, a unique/extraordinary life history and background, and proven leadership skills, I offer innovative yet practical techniques to inspire resilience and mental well-being.

I have been sharing my skills in both the physical world since 2014 and the virtual arena since 2017 so I know how to deliver with panache and style that really beds in even through the medium of remote platforms.

Building on the hard road to recovery and the trauma of my experiences, I lead the conversation on how resilience starts with yourself, and needs to be based on allowing a nurturing and caring approach to thrive.

With ‘Fall in love with Change’ as my motto, I am driven by the mission to get people and organisations to ‘seek out better’, understanding that this has to be done in full realisation that plans often go awry, and mental health can be an enormous contributory factor.
